Co/LAB Broker Concierge was born out of a real need we saw in the mortgage industry—one we experienced ourselves. With over 20 years of experience owning and operating multiple mortgage brokerages, we understand firsthand how overwhelming and time-consuming it is to run a fully compliant, high-performing operation.
After countless conversations with broker-owners and loan officers—many of whom were either thinking about starting their own brokerage or struggling to grow an existing one—we saw a gap. They needed support. Real support. The kind that removes operational and compliance burdens, streamlines processes, and helps them scale without burning out.
